I have a bug when running my projects in fullscreen.

please look what's happening when playing my projects in fullscreen:

and after that I have to close the terminal to quit my project
I am using ubuntu 16.04 64 bits and my graphic card is an Intel® HD Graphics 5500 (Broadwell GT2).
If anyone has an idea?
