Make the setting to use the custom hotbar gm only

Chances are players don't really know about it and I would prefer to force my players to use norcs custom hotbar since I run a lot of one shots with varying players which doesn't make it much easier.

Perhaps I can add an extra setting that makes the GM's setting override the player's setting. I'd have to add a warning to the player setting that it might be overridden by the GM.

Does that sound like a good solution?

I've run into this as a problem, too. As a GM, I love being able to have a hotbar of macro available for several different tokens. My players, on the other hand, only usually have a token or two, and having an 'extra' hotbar that clears sometimes (when tokens are unselected) is just something else for them to learn. I'm honestly not sure what the use case for this would be for players - how often do they have many different tokens that need multiple hotbars of macros?

Also, these settings are client-side, so I can't log into their accounts and disable Custom/Token hotbar; I have to wait until they all log in an help them go into settings and disable it. This doesn't even work with "Force Client Settings" module, as the setting I want for the players (custom and token hotbars disabled) isn't what I want for my GM account (custom and token hotbars enabled).

If anything were possible, I think a "Enable Token Hotbar for GM Only" checkbox would be perfect. Perhaps even a similar sub-option for "Enable Token Hotbar for Assistant GM" for games that have that type of user set up?
