Homepage link does not work

On the main page for this repo, the homepage link www.phcpack.org redirects to pascal.math.uic.edu resulting in the error This site can’t be reached.

Indeed, the computer pascal had to be taken off the network for security reasons. I hope to be able to move the home of www.phcpack.org to another computer before the end of the summer.
