Issue Description
The Japa Test Runner plugin for IntelliJ is now available to help streamline our testing workflow. Developers currently run tests through the command line, which lacks the efficiency and features of an integrated IDE test runner like Vitest/Jest/Mocha especially for adonisJs projects.
