Add crypto alert --coin --lowerValue --upperValue --sound

This will alert the user when the value hits a certain upper and lower value. I was thinking the alert could consist of a sound or a pop-up (maybe something similar). You would pass the coin argument in and it's upper and lower thresholds and perhaps a sound file.
