  • Experimenting with inPurgeable flag in BitmapFactory

    turned the inPurgeable flag on in BitmapFactory. Waiting for a week or two to see if users still get the same error. For more info on the inPurgeable flag read http://developer.android.com/reference/android/graphics/BitmapFactory.Options.html
