Feature request: Support one-click markdown download

Summary

A user review requested a faster download flow: downloading currently takes two clicks, and they’d like a one-click option.

Acceptance criteria (proposed)

• Add an optional one-click download path from the popup.
• Keep existing behavior available for users who prefer current flow.
• Ensure the one-click path respects existing settings (content scope, table/image/title/metadata options).

Notes

• Consider whether this should be a dedicated button, a default action toggle, or a configurable setting.
• Validate behavior on both Chrome (MV3) and Firefox (MV2 build output).
