Fully localize front page

Switching to German the Frontpage currently reads:

This is a minimal Java EE skeleton application that can be used to kickoff the development of a web application.
The source code of this project is hosted on GitHub.

Aside fom the header, everything else is English, it should also be German (and Dutch, the English parts are the same there) if possible.
