🐞 consecutive calls of dice-mod truncating the results #381

Expected Behavior

I'm rolling results inside results with look up tables. It should give me a phrase with 3 results like:

A Residence with cracks all over the walls in Brazil

Current behaviour

I got:

A Residence with cracks all over the walce-mod: [[Countries^tab3]]

The plugin deleted the last results's characters, the first one of the last call and glued them up to for "walce-mod". It prevents me to get the last roll.

Reproduction

I'm merely using a lookup table to call lookup tables like this:

dice: 1d6 Results
1,2 A dice-mod: [[Building types^tab1]] with dice-mod: [[Typical Problems^tab2]] in dice-mod: [[Countries^tab3]]
3-6 Nothing happens

[[Building types]] has a table named tab1
[[Typical problems]] has a table named tab2
[[Country]] has a table named tab3.

The plugin rolls for the first table and gives me the correct result. It probably rolls for the 2nd table and get the result but the 3rd call truncates somehow over the last few characters of the 2nd results.
