Encounter does not launch

Expected Behavior

The 'Start Encounter' button does not trigger any action.

Current behaviour

I am using Initiative Tracker for the first time and followed the ObsidianTTRPGtutorials instruction video.
Everything worked exactly as shown in the video, except when I click on the little sword icon to launch the encounter, nothing happens.

Reproduction

1. Launch Obsidian
2. Install Initiative Tracker
3. Install Fantasy Statblock
4. Create 3 Homebrew Monsters

Myla.md
Varnoth.md
Harpy_Zombie.md

5. Parse Frontmatter for Creatures
6. Search Creatures in Fantasy Statblocks Bestiary, confirm they have been added correctly
7. Create Folder for Encounter Logs

9. Open Initiative Tracker Options and set Log Folder

10 Add players to the Player section

11. Add New Party with newly created players
12. Set Default Party to newly created party

13. Open Initiative Tracker Encounter Builder from sidebar

14. Add homebrewed monsters

15. Set 2 as allies

16. Save Encounter

17. Close Encounter Builder

18. Verify encounter has been saved by checking in Settings > Initiative Tracker > Encounters > Saved Encounters
    

19. Open Initiative Tracker Encounter Builder from sidebar

20. Click 'Start Encounter'
21. Nothing happens, log folder is empty
22. Add Encounter to Note

This is with only Initiative Tracker enabled. The behavior is exactly the same when I have Fantasy Statblocks enabled as the only second community plug-in.

• I have disabled all other plugins and the issue still persists.

Possible solution

I am a first time user of Obsidian and I do not have a background in development.
I use Sync, I'm not sure if that matters. It is possible I've made a beginner's error, though I've recreated the issue in a new vault and spent a few hours looking for solutions and watching other people set this up. I don't see any difference between their process and mine.

I had to tinker with the addTrackerView in main.ts.. for some reason, I had a number of INITIATIVE_TRACKER_VIEW leaves that were no longer valid, and the code defaults to selecting the first instance found of that type. If the first instance is invalid, well, nothing happens.
Here's my version of the function that is back to working... and should keep working given that it checks for invalid views and cleans them up.
