Adjust size of logo and homepage over-image text

Critique from Leah: "The Jazkarta logo, and two headings are very close in size. I'd recommend making the logo smaller, "Extraordinary websites..." much bigger, and leaving the heading below as is."

We're talking about making the header logo smaller everywhere, not just the homepage.
