Add a clear on the portlet manager wrapper

Add a clear style (style="clear: both;") on the portlet manager wrapper #viewlet-below-content to avoid problems with a floated image at the bottom of body text.

Please fix this on the Plone theme and submit a PR to get it into the next minor version releases of 5.2 and 6. (If it's not too hard to figure out where to make the fix, what with all the Classic default theme work going on.)

Maybe the problem is not in the lack of a clear on the portlet manager wrapper, but rather something wrong with the page where this got messed up: https://www.jazkarta.com/services/empowering-scientists/empowering-scientists

When I look at the source code for that page in TinyMCE it does not have these 2 surrounding divs:

  <div id="parent-fieldname-text" class="">

This page https://www.jazkarta.com/services/empowering-nonprofits that did not get messed up when I fixed its missing images does have the divs.
