CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED error while trying fcm

I just setup for fcm server like below but when I try test message via Django admin pannel I got "urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed"

Is there anything that I can fix this problem?

I've uploaded image that I setup and error screen.

For those having this issue, this worked for me :
In the Finder, Open the folder Applications/Python 3.7 and double click on the script launch Install Certificates.command

After the script is executed, it should be ok
