Unit tests for api.php function #17
Description
Right now the unit tests are not using WP Unit, and therefore don't know about wp_cache_* functions. We're shimming it for now by including an entire WordPress and manually bootstrapping the files we need. This should be refactored to use the traditional WP Unit suite so we can test against functions based on wp_cache_*.
