Feature request: dedicated settings page

As features gets added, leaving the plugin's settings in the general page will become messy. I suggest moving them to a specific page with the following specs (to be discussed and completed) :

- Do not hide constant defined settings. Instead show them in a disabled/read-only state with a explanation
