UI for adding ingredients should be amount, then ingredient

Adding ingredients is unintuitive (add the ingredient, then the amount). This was because when this was first built, we used a taxonomy search to autofill ingredient names but this ended up being more trouble than it was worth but now we've got a weird ui where the element is in a weird order. I think this can be improved.
