Server mode appends 'output' folder to whatever folder specified

If you run jbake -s dest/path then JBake looks in dest/path/output

Behaviour seems to changed around v2.6.2

As a workaround, you can explicitly give the destination directory as second parameter.

jbake -s src/path dest/path
