Create a listing for community favorites

I propose to go beyond simple favorites like in Chrome and allow people to share their favorites (this makes sense for the latent web)

how it would work:

• you can click on a star in a tab to add it to your private favorites implemented!
• a button can display the list of all your favorites (you can filter/search etc) implemented!
• for each favorite, there is a button to share it with the community implemented!
• we could also browse community favorites from here
• a special domain to list all the popular community apps
