Using unbalance independently of unraid

Have you considered making this plugin be able to work on non-unraid systems? or would it work outside of unraid without modifications?

I am running my own DIY unraid flavor with mergerfs + snapraid on one of my personal servers; I still run unraid in a my old NAS - this plugin is very useful thanks to its web UI and it would be awesome if it could be used on any linux system with multiple independent disk partitions.

hi, i haven't thought about replicating the functionality outside of Unraid

i did think about packaging the rsync daemon + web ui, because it looks nice :), but the whole scatter/gather "cleverness" is currently tied to Unraid 100%

don't have the bandwidth to pursue something like this in any case :)
