Add description/note field to schedule profiles

Allowing notes or descriptions on a schedule is beneficial for understanding the reasoning behind the schedule, its source, etc.

so, you want to be able to:

1. add notes
2. save notes
3. display notes - on the main screen? on the edit screen? hover while selecting?

@jbruce12000 I created an initial PR #193, allowing to create and save a "description" field. Displaying is an open question - my PR only shows it in the edit screen, but I could see value in showing it on main or hover.
