Ampi not recording

Ampi-19 has been plugged in and online since Sept 12, but hasn't made any recordings yet. Audiomoth is connected. Any thoughts?

This unit had a broken version of the sw script, so failed to start managing the service
ampi-capture@1-24487107649357FF when that audiomoth was enumerated.
Fixed.

I installed the latest version of the software found on google drive and I'm still getting the same issue.

I also used a fresh copy of the provisioning files if that matters.
