Can't start app on BugSur 11.6.5 / Intel

I can't run the app on BugSur 11.6.5 / Intel

• New user. No previouls installation
• I downloaded cdto_3_1_3.zip
• Noticed: Icon off app has “forbidden“ symbol like i.e. wrong cpu architecture
• Right klicked, “open“
• Translating from german: You can't use this version of app with this version of macOS. You have 11.6.5, but 12.0 is required

I am willing to accept that, but the readme left the impression that even older OSses should be supported.
