Enhancement - Folder Image Download

I think it would be a great feature to grab one of the images from the api and put that in the folder with the STL files. in windows if the file is named folder.jpg it will use the that image for the folder thumbnail. This would enable you to look though all the files and have a similar thumbnail as what is shown in thingverse's site. I played around a bit and I think the best is preview_large for the zero image, from the "Get image(s) by thing" API call.

You can see in the screenshot how it would look in windows explorer with and without the folder.jpg file.

This is great! But have a few ideas:

• add the option to download images --images yes | no and proceed to download them, I don't know if the images have a "featured tag" maybe you could only download the featured one with --images all | featured
• I'd like to have the main image named something like "featured.jpg" so --images yes featured or something like that.
