Detect filetype #4
Description
The script needs better filetype handling, Specifically, it needs to ignore capitalisation in extensions and the file rotators need to be modified to input or output to PNG or JPG file types and accept them as inputs. (Also the ImageMagick script sections but those are simpler.)
