Rename to namespace

When trying to rename into a namespace, for example

rails_refactor rename DevelopersController Dev::DevelopersController

it fails if the folder dev/ is not present in all places it needs to be.
If the folders exists it works fine, so it's only a matter of creating folders if they don't exist.
