Loss of focus following loading of multi-track .mid file

When I import a multi-track .mid file from the Media Explorer, NVDA stops speaking. Even if I try to bring it back using every method I know, it's impossible. The only way I’ve found is to press Ctrl+Z and then Ctrl+Shift+Z.
But if I copy the file from Windows Explorer and paste it into Reaper with Ctrl+V, there’s no problem.
I don’t know whether the issue comes from Reaper or OSARA.

What I'm saying is when there's nothing new in the thread, no new comments, commits referencing this issue etc, that tells you nobody has significant progress to report yet.
