Support Minutes:Seconds (minimal)

Version 7.56 adds a new time/ruler format - Minutes:Seconds (minimal). I don't know what the exact difference is between it and the non-minimal one. Nevertheless, it would be nice if Osara could support it.

The difference is that 0s are stripped. IE if you're exactly at 6 minutes, that's all the ruler shows, no seconds or milliseconds. If you're at an exact min and sec, those show, but no milliseconds.
Not sure how much work would be needed to match that with our reporting.
