Optimal config should include "Display file name and full path", it'll make the Recent Projects menu read nicer.

at REAPER's factory settings the project path is shown first in this menu, making it slow to navigate. Prodeuctivity is much improved by going to Prefs -> General, click "Recent project list display" button, check "Display file name and full path".

I'd like to add that to optimal config. I'm still bad at figuring out the bitmask stuff. Hopefully practice will make... um... compitent.

The key we want is [REAPER] actionmenu. When the setting we want is set (but all other things associated with that key are defaults), we get a value of 3. I still haven't quite figured out the correct bit flag though. I have a nasty suspicion we might need to unset bits rather than set them, which OSARA doesn't currently support.

So it looks like:

• full path: 0
• file name and full path: 2 (1 << 1)
• file name: 10 (1 << 1 | 1 << 3)
• By default, 1 is also set.

1. If this key doesn't exist (defaults), we should set it to 3.
2. If this key does exist and the user set full path, we need to add 1 << 1.
3. Unfortunately, if this key does exist and the user set file name, we also need to remove 1 << 3. Internally, I guess this flag means "don't show path". Our config code doesn't currently support removing bit flags, only setting them.

We can hope that a user has it set to file name or file name and full path (default), in which case we'd do:

{"REAPER", "actionmenu", 1 << 1, 3},

But if the user had it set to "file name", this won't work and it'll just stay at "file name". Which kinda sucks.
