Download not working

i have been unable to download this mod (the 4k textures)

i have tried ckan,4 separate browsers and 3 separate devices and have been completely unable to get this mods files even downloaded onto my device

anyway here is the ckan error i get when trying to download it directly

and since i dont speak code my best guess is that the download is broken... also on ckan it does say that the mod is incompatible with itself so there is that as well....

I am also having this same issue, So you're not the only one. Came to the same conclusion as you did, hopefully the dev fixes it soon, I'm so eager to play with the mod.
