Add support for the new `search_recent_successful_pipelines` parameter of the download-job-artifacts-by-reference-name API

Description

The Job Artifacts API has a new optional parameter on the download-job-artifacts-by-reference-name endpoint called search_recent_successful_pipelines. This was introduced by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/212882 and it would be great if gitbeaker could support it.
