Request: Could you provide Windows binaries for the newer zeromq versions? #7
Description
I can't seem to manage building the current tclzmq versions under Windows 7 with VS2015.
Could you perhaps create them for me and add them as a release?
I'm sorry to impose on you, but I don't know how else I'm going to get zeromq in tcl. ActiveTcl unfortunately only has zmq for non-Windows systems :(
