PhantomJS path not handling spaces on Windows

I'm running into an issue using this on Windows. When I try to run the task I get:

λ grunt mocha_phantomjs                                           
Running "mocha_phantomjs:all" (mocha_phantomjs) task              
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.                                   

It looks like this is a known issue with Spawn and is detailed a bit here: baudehlo/node-phantom-simple#142
