When clock dial is visible, it is not updated when manually entering time #389
Description
When the clock dial is visible. If I manually enter the time the graphics is not updated. Only if I close the dial (tab to the next control or it looses focus), and go back and show the clock dial, the entered time is updated/shown. Please fix so that when you type a hours:minutes that the graphics is updated as well.
