There isn't updating of URLs list after they uploading

Preconditions:
URL's list must not be uploaded or must be deleted

Steps to reproduce:
1 Go to 'URLs' tab.
2 Click 'Load URLs' button and choose needed file (as UrlsListExample.json)
3 Check the result
4 Go to any another tab an then return to 'URLs' tab
5 Check the result

Actual result:
There isn't displaying of the URLs list right after uploading but only after re-render the tab

Expected result
Changes in URLs list should be seen immediately
