Use multirepo with awesome pages nav autogeneration

Hello!

I'm trying to use this plugin with `awesome-pages` to import repos, which are using navigation autogeneration, but it doesn't seem to work. If i run mkdocs in the imported repo - all works well, but when running in the root - i only get three dots in my URI instead of generated nav
