Weird stylelint + tool-stub error

I have a tool-stub for stylelint:

#!/usr/bin/env -S mise tool-stub

version = "16.23.1"
tool = "npm:stylelint"

And my mise.toml specifies we're using bun:

[tools]
bun                   = "latest"

[settings.npm]
package_manager = "bun"

When I execute the tool-stub I get:

$ tool-stubs/stylelint --version
env: node: No such file or directory

then I run it again and:

$ tool-stubs/stylelint --version
16.23.1

If I edit the tool stub, it'll error again (once and only once though)
