mise latest not showing newest versions

Hi,

I noticed that mise latest sometimes does not show the newest released versions of tools. For example, pnpm recently (3 days ago) released 10.26.1, but mise latest pnpm still shows 10.26.0.

I understand mise-versions checks for updates every 15 minutes, but it seems like there might be a delay or syncing issue.

This is just an example with pnpm; other tools might be affected as well.
