Windows build fails

Describe the bug
The library does not build under Windows.

error[E0432]: unresolved import windows

To Reproduce
Add dependency to libzmq to cargo.toml and run cargo build on a Windows machine.

Platform:

• OS: Win 10
• API Version 0.2.1

I don't own a windows machine to test this on but checkout #128 and tell me if this compile.
