This command is used to deny a suggestion without sending it to the denied suggestion channel or DMing the suggesting user.
suggestionId - The ID of the suggestion.
reason - The reason for denying the suggestion.
.silentdeny <suggestionId> [reason]
The user must have Manage Server or a configured staff role.
