What camera can I test with?

Could you recommend any specific brands/models? I tried two HD cameras and both get ERROR: JeelizExposureController - INVALID_CAMERACAPABILITIES

You should use Chrome

I am using Chrome, and testing a logitech 1080p webcam and a Clear Touch DC100 document cam and neither support this. I will try a Canon 5D next if I can get it to be a webcam.
