Biometric device on USB Hub

When i'm trying to invoke capture services on USB hub, the device is getting reinitialised. But it is working good when connected directly to the device port.

Can u please suggest a solution

Biometric device- Mantra MFS 100,Startek FM 220
Android Device- Android 8, lenovo k8 plus and Redmi 10A- Android 10
flutter version-2.8.1

you connected the device to the PC and try to get the device info from this plugin ?

No. i've connected the device with a usb hub to the Mobile Phone(Android)
