chore(reset): CSS reset bijgewerkt op basis van moderne best practices

- text-size-adjust: none (was 100%) + -moz- en unprefixed variant toegevoegd
- text-wrap: balance op h1-h6 voor betere heading wrapping
- :target { scroll-margin-block: 5ex } voor anchor links
- ul/ol list-style: none verwijderd — plain lijsten behouden nu browser-standaard markers; UnorderedList/OrderedList componenten regelen hun eigen list-style-type
