Can't manually add channels directly to the xml

I have been trying to get the Live TV m3u to work, but it won't load 99% of the channels from my provider. I have tried a few channels with the plugin and they are working perfectly, so instead of manually adding everything through the webbrowser I thought it would be easier to add directly to the "MediaBrowser.Channels.IPTV.xml" file.
I match the layout etc perfectly, but once I try to load the channels everything, even channels added the traditional way, disappear.

Is there anything that can be done?
