Change quality of playing media #2134
Description
This request respects the following points:

Describe the feature you would like
I want to be able to select quality for the video im playing like 4k to 1080p or 720p.
Why is this feature needed?
It would be nice to change the quality because sometimes the server hardware can only transcode somethings.
