Episode thumbnail is displayed instead of the series thumbnail

Description of the bug

On the Home Screen, the episode thumbnails are displayed even though “Use series thumb” is set to On.
Previously, with the same setting, only the series thumbnails were used.

Also, previously, when “Use series thumb” was set to Off, the episode thumbnail was displayed only in the small preview tile, while the large image in the background was still the series thumbnail.
Now, the episode thumbnail is displayed in both places.

Please confirm that your series has a thumbnail opposed to a backdrop. This pulls the thumb image from the series when this setting is selected.

There actually wasn't a thumbnail, there was only a backdrop.
I just tried it with a thumbnail, and it now shows up in the preview tile.

However, in my opinion, this was handled better in version 1.5, where the backdrop was used for both the preview tile and the background image when “Use series thumb” was enabled. And also, when “Use series thumb” was disabled, the series backdrop was still used in the background.

Suggestion:
If the “Use series thumb” option is set to On ...
1. ... and if no thumbnail (thumb) is available, the fallback should be the backdrop, just like with movies. (for the preview tile)
2. ... the large image in the background should also be the backdrop and not the episode thumbnail.

Background info on point 2.: Personally, I'd rather not display the episode thumbnails as large images in the background because, especially with older series, they're often lower quality, which doesn't look very good.
