Dialog volume very low when playing 5.1 Audio with stereo devices.

When I play any movie with 5.1 audio in Jellyfin Media Player on windows, the dialog volume is usually much lower than the background music. My PC is using stereo devices, so my guess is something went wrong when downmixing 5.1 audio to stereo. Does anyone know a solution to work around this problem? I tried different configurations in the settings panel but got no luck.
