Error creating GL Context with M1 Apple Silicon

Describe the bug
When logging into the server on an Apple M1 Mac, a there is an error creating a GL Context. This issue persists for both the Apple Silicon DMG and the Intel DMG.

This log only shows up when running the application from the command line.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Jellyfin media player on a M1 Mac (clean or old install), from the command line
2. try to connect to the host

Expected behavior
Jellyfin should connect to the host

Same issue here.

After looking at my logs, looks like the issue is that the display manager can't tolerate retina resolutions (which is the default), so what I did is check the available modes for the display (which is shown in the logs) and chose one of them, ran jmp, logged in, played an episode, quit jmp, then switched back to the default resolution and now it works without changing the resolution again.

What's weird is that I have 2 macs, a 13" M1 macbook air and a 15" M2 macbook air, this issue only happens on the M1, never happened on the M2 even though the same critical error happens on the M2 too ([critical] unknown @ 0 - DisplayManager : unable to retrieve current video mode).

There're only 2 errors happening in the logs and both are [critical] (M1 Logs):
