Browsing music genres hangs in BubbleUPnP after 16 entries

I'm using Jellyfin v10.10.7 as music server.

When browsing albums and tracks with BubbleUPnP all works as expected.

When browsing artists and genres, BubbleUPnP shows 16 entries, hangs and gives a timeout message after some time.

I had minidlna running in the same environment which didn't show that behavior.
The genres shows fine in Jellyfin itself.

I can't find anything obvious or even an error in the logs with:

journalctl -u jellyfin -f

[AnAnalogGuy]

I have/had similar issues.

Check which device profile JF has loaded for your BubbleUPnP. You should finde it in the JF logs. Changing to the right profile (if there is one) or adjusting it to better fit the device might help. In my case it was a bit of trial and error and while the problem is not fully solved I was able to improve the situation by tweaking the profile.
