I wonder if this is something that can be set at bother server side and client side. I as server owner wouldn't want my resources wasted for someone who isn't even watching |

Hi!
I'm representing a group of four university students at the University of Victoria!
For one of our courses, we are looking to contribute to Jellyfin through the addition of an "Are you still watching?" prompt, as described in the Jellyfin Feature Requests forum.
The feature would be implemented as a PreplayIntercept plugin, with settings surfaced to the user for them to indicate the conditions necessary to trigger the prompt. The option would also be off by default.
The idea would be that after, for example, two episodes without any interaction from the user, playback would be paused, and the user would be prompted to indicate if they're still watching. We are open to suggestions or alterations to the idea - hopefully, our group would be able to have a PR up by the end of the month.
