How can I access the UserSettings Javascript object?

I've checked within the Dashboard, ApiClient, DashboardPage, and Emby global objects, but I can't seem to figure out how to get a reference to the UserSettings.

Specifically, I'm trying to find the current language and locale.

If you are developing in jellyfin-web you just import it like any other dependency.

I'm writing a config page for a jellyfin server plugin. As far as I can tell, those config pages are just raw JS that gets loaded into the window.

My assumption is that the JS global objects are already available, similar to the other objects I've mentioned. So I just need to know how to reference the UserSettings object from within my JS (If it exists).

Edit: I see that most of the client got gets obfuscated during compilation, but something must be happening with the objects mentioned above to retain their names and global scope. My hope is that either 1) something similar is being done with UserSettings or... 2) UserSettings is buried somewhere under one of those objects that Im just not seeing.
